MME, My Mental Empowerment, is a program designed to help young people reach their maximum potential. With its home base in the Beasly Community of Hamilton, MME provides a wide variety of opportunities to sharpen skills  while discovering new ones. At the core of MME is mentorship. We believe that as iron sharpen's iron, so one person sharpens another. Our mentors range from CFL players to coaches, teachers and young professionals who are invested in their community.
